Immaculate, beautiful pool, fantastic breakfast buffet, helpful staff, gorgeous grounds.

We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing holiday at this lovely bungalow in a garden. The entire property was perfectly kept, from the manicured gardens to the flawless housekeeping. The large rooms with heated floors, decks, and big comfy beds were a dream. We loved the complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea, as well as the cozy lounge for reading and relaxing. The pool area, with both a heated and non-heated pool, was excellent. The attention to detail, such as the complimentary wine and snacks in the room and the use of bicycles, was superb. And let's not forget the beautiful setting and the kind and attentive staff. we had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this hotel for a truly relaxing vacation.

The location was surrounded by green areas and birds, which gave a relaxed atmosphere to the stay. The facilities were very clean and well designed. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the free room service with tasty food options.

The breakfast and overall dining were not up to the expected standard of the resort, which was a bit of a disappointment. The location was a bit far from the city, about a 15-minute drive, so it wasn't easy to find convenience stores or other amenities nearby.

The location was perfect, being close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

Located by the beach with a great beach service, this hotel is perfect for families with children. The hotel has two good swimming pools and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Guests can enjoy free bicycle rentals and a delicious breakfast with plenty of food options. the hotel is just a short walk away from local restaurants and shops.

The service at the restaurant could be improved with better attention to guests at the swimming pools.

My weekend experience was simply amazing. The hotel was well-located, just a short distance from the beach, and had a beautiful pool area. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help make our stay memorable. What I enjoyed most were the free bicycles they offered, which we used to explore the surrounding area. , the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food choices which were all delicious.

There were not many negative aspects to our stay, but one small criticism would be the language barrier with some staff members. They didn't speak English fluently, which made it a bit difficult to communicate our needs at times.

The room advantages were exclusive and impressive, with a sun terrace and private facilities that made me feel pampered. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The location was perfect for enjoying Punta del Este, with easy access to restaurants and bars.

The only issue I encountered during my stay here was with the service. Although the staff was polite, I experienced a delay a few times when requesting poolside snack bar service.
